Democratic Primaries

(787 posts)I overheard in a café, two people discussing the primaries. Both supported Biden. One said "Maybe we will get lucky and Bernie will die of another heart attack". Reprehensible or a not? Did they really wish him dead or is it just sarcasm. Should it dominate the airwaves as outrage.
Over and over, people post "Bernie wants to take away your health care". Does this apply to sick people. It certainly would seem to. Does Bernie really want to take health care away from a sick person. Pretty reprehensible if you take the attack seriously and under your type standard, it should be the product of mass outrage. Should these two attacks permanently mar every Biden supporter forever with a stain they can not get rid of. Maybe every Biden supporter should post hundreds of posts a day apologizing for the maligning of Bernie intimating that he wants to take health care from people.
The real answer is that people post stupid stuff every day and your post and my examples should just be shrugged off if you support Biden. People feel emotions in primaries and post stupid stuff that can be read either with support or outrage.
Every person on this site could find something stupid in the world to post outrage posts. You should just stop posting outrage posts every time you think your favorite is being impugned and further associating it with the candidate and all the candidates supporters.
Not posting such stupid and divisive outrage posts would do good things for this site. Further, it serves no purpose other than to inflame divisions and hurt our path to beating trump with whoever our candidate is. We do not need stupid outrage over the fact that our favored candidate has opponents who are equally supported by other people both on this site and in the electorate.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
