and that is with 35% of the vote.. he could take almost everything if it splits wrong..If Joe is viable and I hope he is and or more than 15% it will be a game changer .. major game changer for a number of campaigns.. as I understand it from listening to people who are better with these splits and percentages than I am..
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
