In such a crowded field with so many marginal 1% - 2% candidates if Biden doesn't get in the race I see us getting to the convention with no candidate having enough delegates for a win and Bernie in the lead. He had this scenario in mind when he pushed for a reduction in the number of Super Delegates. Biden taking his time to declare hasn't hurt him at all. It's looking like a smart play right now.

primary today, I would vote for:
