He had some $7 million left over from last time and if he had helped Democrats win up and down the ticket, he would have created some friends. Instead, he spent it on primarying incumbents for the JD crowd - 95% of his candidates lost.. but in losing, he created powerful enemies.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
