I believe it is a priority of Joe's, but it has not been emphasized in debates. This is one where we truly are all in it together. It is an opportunity for him to use his diplomacy skills. No need to tiptoe around it.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
