15. There are conservative or moderate African Americans; most of them

are in the South, however there are progressive ones as well spread throughout the nation.

No doubt local culture affects everyone's perspective regardless of race.

Having said that, the corporate media conglomerates do love to treat African Americans as a monolith precisely because moderate matches up with establishment interests whether in politics or media.

The ironic thing is the corporate media conglomerates also know that in the G.E. Republicans almost always dominate in the South so defacto the CMCs play to Republican strength whether intentional or not.
