10. I don't get it

Can someone explain? At first glance, I thought it was an anti-Biden sign because it's saying "Bye", as if it were saying goodbye to Joe. But judging by the posts here, it's a pro-Biden sign.

I'm totally lost, someone help. Any why is the "E" highlighted? How does everyone get this but me?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
