In reply to the discussion: "Extraordinary sense of entitlement to women's service" behind pressure on Warren to back Sanders [View all]TygrBright
(21,378 posts)27. If reply #12 were typical of Bernie supporters here on DU...
...it would be easier for me to feel positive about his supporters and confident about how an elected President Sanders would perceive his base, his support, and his promises and obligations.
But some version of reply #17 seems all too prevalent in any thread referencing Sanders and I can't help but feel some concern that there's enough of that in his support base to have a negative influence on how President Sanders might feel supported, or respond to opposition, once in office.
observationally,

primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

Biden's camp seem to feel entitled to Warren's endorsement so they can pressure Sanders to get out.

Okay. Thanks for explaining. There was nothing in that feminist author's tweet, though,

It's unfortunate that it appears some Sanders supporters let their passion overtake them.

Sanders' camp seemed to feel entitled to pressure Warren to quit much earlier and endorse Sanders.
