& hasn't for a long time!

& yet I'm sure he'll still campaign until the convention, even though there is no chance of gaining anything! Just like Tulsi, he will continue his campaign even though he has no shot of winning!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
