Over and over DUers will say they are older and they know how you decline but they aren't Joe Biden or Bernie and they likely are retired. Why don't Joe and Bernie or Dianne or Nancy or Ruth retire? They are doing something excited and are still excited to get out of bed in the morning and go to work. There are people who are only 40 who are not like that. If the people who don't decline are "outliers" maybe it makes sense that outliers are national leaders.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

What's the answer? No presidential candidates over 65? That would give out a terrible signal.

There is no definite cut off age. It could be 50 when mental capacity starts to decline...

Plenty of reasons to find Biden an incredibly unappealing candidate aside from his age.
