12. I know (or rather, "knew") one woman

who was ultra-conservative and almost certainly voted for Trump. She didn’t have a college degree. Nonetheless, she considered herself a well-read intellectual and was extremely resentful of real intellectuals. She thought they were arrogant for not treating her like their equal. She was also completely brainwashed by Fox. I asked her repeatedly to avoid talking about politics, but she was so full of hate, anger, and jealousy that she couldn’t control herself. She was also a very fearful person in general. Her husband was a lawyer, so I’m sure they were reasonably well off.

I am certain that she is happy with Trump and will be voting for him enthusiastically, in addition to badmouthing Democrats to anyone who will listen.

I know it’s just one anecdote, but I wanted to share it.
