166. I Object To A Related Issue

The Sanders haters on this board will accuse me of criticizing the former Vice President because I support Bernie. There's nothing I can do except to promise that my opinion on this issue predates my even KNOWING of Bernie's existence, which was in 2007 when he addressed a gathering of the Blue Green Alliance, an initiative of the Sierra Club.

My objection with Biden is that he COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE WORKED MUCH HARDER to block the confirmation of Justice Thomas. While Thomas is not as bad as the unscrupulous and unethical, now deceased, Scalia, he's close. He has been a HORRIBLE associate of the Supreme Court.

I don't know how, in good conscience, Biden could have voted in favor of confirmation. Had I been a senator, the decision would have been easy.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
