In reply to the discussion: Worrying trend with Senator Sanders' supporters [View all]ZeroSomeBrains
(638 posts)I do everything I can to be understanding of other people's perpectives but it seems like the most important thing to do here is to name Sanders or his supporters for being personally at fault for 45 being President. It doesn't matter if you proudly voted for Hillary in the general or tried to bring as many fellow Bernie supporters to do the right thing.
The thing is there are a lot of people who aren't affiliated with the Democratic party who support Bernie. If you are an independent or a Republican who is at least susceptible to his message then that should be considered a good thing that they can cross over for him. It also makes sense that it's a tougher road to change these people to vote for other candidates. If we are going to win the election we need to get conservative Biden supporters and conservative Sanders voters into the fold. I hope that we can make peace between all the warring factions after this is all said and done.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
