I don't really want to give incarcerated Charles Manson voting rights. I believe in a woman's right to chose. Manson stabbed Sharon Tate, an eight and a half month pregnant woman to death. He took her and her babies right to chose away from them.

You want to give Chris Watts incarcerated felon his voting rights after killing two daughters and his wife and unborn child? NO.
