Not to be a supporter of "state's rights" but the States generally get to set their own criminal laws. I'm not convinced this is a federal issue.

I would prefer our candidates stick to federal issues. There is a lot of problems that need the attention of presidential candidates. This isn't one of them.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
