The point is that she was "next in line" not just because someone in the DNC decided it was so or her husband was a former president... she was next in line because she had significant support in the last competitive primary.

I doubt the average Democrat considers her to be any more electable than he is.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
