IF ONLY he could pick Barack Obama. But it's not gonna happen so ...
PBO would be a great choice as the new Secretary of State.

However we shouldn't get ahead of ourselves. There are still a lot of battles to be fought and Joe Biden will hang in for the final victory.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
