VP Biden at the White House Summit on Climate Four Years Ago [View all]

This is the Biden who makes me feel better about shifting away from Governor Jay Inslee.

Because Inslee's state level models of clean energy law and other accomplishments on climate change are greater, Biden would do well to appoint him the head of a Climate Change Manhattan Project as head of the EPA.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
