(6,319 posts)5. I agree, only I see Biden is drawing more enthusiasm
on day one than any other candidate since 2008. And this enthusiasm comes not just from dems but from independents and at least 10% of gop voters (non trumpers). Obama had zero enthusiasm from any gop voters.
The enthusiasm for Biden comes from a likelihood that hell beat trump AND trumpism. You could smell it for the first time since trump got elected.
You have to keep in mind that 2020 election is NOT about policies, they are for all intents and purposes will be irrelevant in this election cycle. 2020 has only ONE goal - unseating trump. Full stop.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
