I KNOW they wouldn't convict him and I know he would use this to the maximum, just as he has the Mueller report.

I don't think it means we do nothing. But I'm not political enough to know just what we should do to show our anger and disgust with him.

That path is not clear to me.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
