it depends a lot on where you stood. Obama's economy was fine for me, so is Trump's for that matter. The Obama recovery was uneven. Some people never recovered from 2008. Trump didn't help them. So now what?

If you look further into the hx of their presidential runs, they didn't win for other reasons
