This is a different issue than apartment rent as the moble home owners rent their space but own their home. This means they can't move and are hostage to the moble home park. Thing is, moble home parks are the latest investment craze. Investors are buying them and jacking up the rental space becasue they know they have a captive market of tenants who can't leave.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
