In this case bringing it up to market value meant they had to find someone else who was qualified. I would never let one of my clients to get that far behind market value. Then again, I take one very few clients who are in it for income. It’s a bad business to be in if you are dependent on its income unless you have a number of units.

If I were to vote in a presidential
