I hadn't, but because I heard that Climate Change was his pet issue I looked on his website and based on what I saw from someone completely unfamiliar with him, Beto's plan is more detailed. If Inslee has something more detailed he should probably put it up on his site.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
