Congressman Eric Swalwell repeatedly asks Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to clarify whether a photo shared by Trump — used to label Abrego Garcia as an MS-13 gang member — was doctored.
Despite multiple opportunities, Noem declines to directly answer. The exchange raises serious questions about transparency, evidence, and the use of imagery to justify deportations under current DHS policy.
