Thursday

When he was a teen due to a bad fall.
It not only required a trip to the operating room a 5 day stay and several blood transfusions.
I will add the reason the fall caused such dire injuries was because he had severe vasculitis due to Juvenile Dermatomyositis An autoimmune disorder similar to Lupus.

So yeah he had a bruise.
