1. If you want to seriously engage ICE, protest, etc. Turn off your regular phone and leave it at home and use a burner.

Have a burner network if working with others and only turn them on when necessary and never use them to communicate to your regular network. Computers use encryption and VPNs. Be analog and in person whenever possible.
