I keep remembering an attorney who was on MSNBC who said that TFG's lawyers should plead "diminished capacity" which would send him to an institution other than jail. But he also said he knows they would never do that - TFG is calling the shots. And now we know what the result is - not to mention his lawyers being chewed out daily by the judge.
