Stern asked the President, "Can you believe no Republicans are announcing they won't vote for him?" What do you think of that?"

Biden folded his hands and gave that little smile and said, "well look, that may be changing."

I predict Republicans for Biden will be a real thing. Give it time. I may put up a yard sign myself. 😉 As a psyop.
