i might not have heard this, and it is an important conversation.

how can we reverse engineer the system to close these "loopholes" that trump is exploiting?

for starters these wacky "originalist" doctrines : "unitary executive" or "independent state legislature" or "immunity" or whatever other rings of power must be thrown into the volcano and melted forever.
