An attorney on MSNBC said that his lawyers could plead "diminished capacity" for him where he'd end up in a facility other than prison, but he said they'd never do that. Meanwhile, all he's got is boasting about his friendship with Hannibal Lecter and arguing about Kamala Harris's ethnicity...
