Libs and guns

1. LOL, he's not wrong.

I'm not anti-gun; I'm anti-no gun control. My dad was a cop for 30 years and taught me to respect guns before I could talk and taught me to shoot when I was 8. He bought me a 9mm semi-automatic for my 40th birthday because he heard there was a rapist in my area and he knew my husband worked nights. He made sure I knew that thing inside out and I still know that thing inside and out. I also go to a gun range periodically to make sure I don't get rusty. I hope I never have to fire that thing outside of a gun range, but if any of those traitors try to break down my door, I'll be ready.

He wasn't a hunter, though. He was an avid hunter as a teen, but never shot a rifle again at a living creature. He said he saw and did enough killing in the Pacific during WWII and never wanted to do it again. I can't imagine.

Thank you, Dad, for always keeping this little girl safe, even when I was all grown up. I miss you every day.
