In cases where companies are involved in activities deemed to be a threat to U.S. national security, the U.S. government can take action to seize assets involving these companies. This can include companies involved in espionage, terrorism, or other activities deemed harmful to U.S. interests.

In cases where foreign companies are found to be in violation of U.S. laws, such as engaging in illegal activities like drug trafficking or money laundering, the U.S. government can seize assets or take control of these companies as part of law enforcement actions.
