Everything is devastating, or destroyed, or some other ultimate negative that never seems to have any real impact.

This case has potential, but that is all it is right now. "If" the court case finds he is ineligible to serve, it would start a chain reaction that would eventually reach scotus.

If scotus finds he is ineligible, then that will be devastating.

At that point, any judge can jail him without concern they are violating his right to campaign. There will be no scheduling issues. Funds can be frozen.

Kaboom. Kapoot.

Potential, but nothing more at this point. Still, 10/30 will be an interesting start....
