Move over Ronald there is a new clown in town. He's already made a pact with the Hamburgler and laying the ground work against Grimmace.....being purple and of ambiguous sexual orientation He's gonna be targeted for his otherness. In a related event Mayor MacCheese is implementing stop and frisk but only for the children.
