4. I went to Florida every year for two to three weeks for around ten years. The last time was in 2019,

I saw the cost of hotels, rental cars and restaurants more than double and the same with traffic in those years.
In 2020 I had enough I decided to not go back it has just become too expensive. A friend of mine has a condo in
Florida, he pays three times as much for insurance than I do for my house in Ohio with over an acre of ground. He has
a place in Ohio for summer and the condo in Florida for winter, he said it costs him over $10000 a year to keep his condo.
In Ohio I have no HOA and I don't live behind a wall to be safe.
