Graduation gift
I'm blessed with excellent next-door neighbors, who have been amazingly generous with things like going along as responsible adults when I've had to go for medical procedures -- things like that.
Their oldest son is graduating high school this year, headed off to college in the fall. The best thing I've been able to think of as a gift is a money card. (He's passionate about baseball and paintball, but neither of those gives me any ideas...)
My question is: does anyone have an idea what sort of amount is suitable here? I'm thinking $100. Is that too little? Too much?

Q: "Which is the greater evil, ignorance or apathy?"
A: "I don't know and I don't care."
Sorry...I couldn't resist.
