I believe that SC Jack Smith is waiting for the conclusion of the New York trial and its almost certain guilty verdict to spring on Motherfucker a new indictment that he sold/transferred some of our nation's most closely guarded secrets to our enemies.
With a guilty verdict in his pocket, arresting the treasonous shitstain and indefinitely detaining him until trial would be far easier. Furthermore, the middleman/woman as far as the money goes is probably Squeaky Mickey Mouse Jared and his wife Princess Sparkle Pony. Look for those two vile fucks to go through some things soon.
The gullible, easily manipulated jurist knows this and at least understands that she could be the next Make Attorneys Get Attorneys.

(43,286 posts)There is no reason Smith would be waiting for the outcome of the New York trial before obtaining a new indictment. None. Zero. Nada. It would look exceedingly strange for him to have sat on evidence of Trump selling/transferring classified information without seeking a superseding indictment to the pending case. And a guilty verdict in the New York state case would almost certainly have no impact on whether Trump was detained until trial in any other case.
