President Trump held a lavish Great Gatsby-themed Halloween party at Mar-a-Lago Friday, just hours before an estimated 42 million people lost SNAP benefits across the country. Kirk Curnutt, the executive director of the international F. Scott Fitzgerald Society, says that while "Gatsby is famous for its lavish party scenes, [what] people often miss is that the entire thrust of the book is to critique that conspicuous consumption and the wastage that goes on in these sorts of events."

The ticket of the night was the Gatsby theme Party at Mar-a-Lago this Halloween. While the rich adorned themselves in feathers and sequins, and dined on filet mignon, SNAP benefits to the poor were cut by the very man who played host to this tone deaf display of cruel conspicuous consumption.

Irony of the evening, none of the guests had likely even read the book. Or ANY book.

Allegedly, after the party, Gatsby’s pals, “Disaster Tourists” Tom and Daisy Buchannan, booked passage on the Titanic.

2. Great, although points off for AI-generated video thumbnail

(The left half of it.) If you look closely at it, there are several things in it that really look "off." Starting with TSF's left ear and left side of the face.

3. Firefly jars don't have faces

The AI images took hours to generate. The script and song are mine. I am able with assistance to create these videos fairly quickly. The reason I use jarheads is that AI community standards do not allow mocking public figures. I found a way to work around the censorship. Not at all concerned to use AI to help make anti-Trump videos. In fact, it makes the work more fun. And no copyright issues. Thanks for watching.

And the ability to get an image animated without chaos ensuing is a whole 'nother headache. I do enjoy corrupting AI though. My AI collaborator is a sharp little bot named Roswell. Totally a resistance rebel. Proof there are some good applications of the technology.
