Two very true things about crypto currencies.

1. No one knows for sure about the future of crypto currencies. Any current opinion on it, either favorable or unfavorable, is speculation at this point. No one knows for certain.

2. However the future turns out for crypto currencies, some will be right and some will be wrong. The ones that are right will label themselves experts and probably will write books on how they were right. Go on book tours. And probably will get a movie made about how right they were. The movie will probably star Timothée Chalamet.

The coronavirus is overwhelmingly spread through the air, not via surfaces.

Last week, the CDC acknowledged what many of us have been saying for almost nine months about cleaning surfaces to prevent transmission by touch of the coronavirus: It’s pure hygiene theater.

“Based on available epidemiological data and studies of environmental transmission factors,” the CDC concluded, “surface transmission is not the main route by which SARS-CoV-2 spreads, and the risk is considered to be low.” In other words: You can put away the bleach, cancel your recurring Amazon subscription for disinfectant wipes, and stop punishing every square inch of classroom floor, restaurant table, and train seat with high-tech antimicrobial blasts. COVID-19 is airborne: It spreads through tiny aerosolized droplets that linger in the air in unventilated spaces. Touching stuff just doesn’t carry much risk, and more people should say so, very loudly.

I have a question about William Hurt's character in the Avengers movie, "Age of Ultron".

So, we're introduced to William Hurt's character, General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, in the movie, The Incredible Hulk. In the later films starting with "Age of Ultron", Hurt's character re-appears, but now he's the U.S. Secretary of State.

My question is how in the world did Gen. Ross get through his senate confirmation hearings? Did these people not ask him about his role in the utter destruction of the Culver University campus while trying to catch the Hulk. The man ordered weapons of mass desctruction to be used around a bunch of kids, but somehow our senate just let him through? WTF?!
