What is Donald Trump talking to Vladimir Putin about for an hour and a half?

Is he just practicing his responses for his later Coronavirus briefings?

Why is he so concerned about Russia's oil production? He seems to be more concerned about that than Americans dying?

Did he make a Russian oil deal with Vladimir Putin? It was reported upon for a time when the FBI was investigating Carter Page. That was what led to the FISA warrants that the Judges approved.

He has talked with Putin for 2 days in a row. What could be so important? Just two close friends having a chit-chat?

Why Trump failed with the pandemic?

He never listens.

He thinks he knows more than anyone on any given subject.

He ignored numerous warnings or simply refused to read information related to our national security.

Basically, he is incompetent.

His "reality show" ran into reality.

His bullshit is no longer believable.

He fired those people that were there to protect the American people and refused to replace them.

He is an ignorant dictator.

Before anyone should return to work...

Every employee should be tested for the virus and there should be guaranteed healthcare for themselves and their families if they should come down with the virus. Employers should be responsible.

Employers should have to take all precautions that employees are safe and healthy.

Somebody needs to make sure these folks are protected.

Did anyone see the video of Obama on Nicolle Wallace's show about prevention of pandemic?

It put a lie to everything that Trump has said about Obama and what was left on his "shelves".

Obama created a special department to work specifically with pandemics around the world. They left the Trump team a 69-page manual about how to handle it?

I'm still looking for that video. I will post it when found.

Here it is:

Is it possible for Trump and Mnuchin to steal from US Treasury and not be accountable?

After all, Mnuchin is the Secretary of the Treasury.

Trump was asked who would oversee the funds in the bailout recently passed by Congress and he said he would be the oversight.

If someone is criminally inclined, which I think both Trump and Mnuchin are, what is to prevent them from using those funds for their own personal goals and ambitions and debts?

What is to keep Trump from putting funds into any of the 500+ shell companies that he is involved with? He has always defined "legal" as anything he could get away with.

What is to prevent him from giving money to Deutsche Bank to pay off all his loans?

There are a lot of questions that come up with this $2.2 trillion dollar bailout of our economy passed by our Congress.

Will they now be able to follow the money that they have legislated for specific purposes?

What grade would you give the US Congress ?

This would include the House and Senate combined.

The beginning assumption is that the House Democrats have tried to fix the problems but have not succeeded up to this point, and that the Senate Republicans have obstructed and defended criminality in the White House.

Remember this quote from March 6 ?

"I like the numbers being where they are. I don't need to have the numbers double because of one ship" -- Trump explains that he doesn't want to let people off the Grand Princess cruise ship because he doesn't want the number of coronavirus cases in the country to go up

What are the "real" numbers?

The official numbers now show over 430,000 cases in the U.S.

Are those the people that reported to the hospitals with symptoms of the virus?

How many did not go to a doctor or a hospital? But instead, chose to ride it out, like they have done most of their lives. They have had the flu before. And they had survived.

How many of these folks may not have made it?

We must beware not to be dragged into the vortex. We really don't know how many asymptomatic people are walking around with the virus? It seems to conceal itself really good in some people. They don't even know they have it.

The only way we can know for sure is to test everyone. We need more testing before we can return to any sense of "normal", in my opinion.

These numbers are statistics. They may be helpful but they do not give us the whole picture.

Wisconsin is up Sh*t Creek.

They win the prize today. No one got more screwed than they.

They were forced to stand in long lines for hours, in the cold, some with masks, just to get to vote. And then, they will soon need a picture ID to vote? It sounds like the Russians are taking over Wisconsin. There is some alien force taking over the will of the majority of the people of that great state, the symbol of progressiveness. The minority find a way around the idea of democracy. And they have to prove they are Americans before they can vote?

By the rules of the road, the legislature was permitted to be led by the minority Party, because of the way the districts were gerrymandered? They appointed the majority of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. In a quick turnaround, the US Supreme upheld the Republican Wisconsin Supreme Court and ruled that they could not postpone an election, or vote by mail, and would have to proceed with the election as scheduled, even though the entire country is in the middle of a deadly epidemic.

What criminal would treat American citizens like that?

When a citizen has lost the right to vote, or to have their vote fairly counted, they have lost a basic freedom. It is a freedom guaranteed by our Constitution.

Wisconsin is just the canary in the coal mine. Either we stand up for our freedoms, and tell these people to go to hell, or we will lose everything our ancestors fought for in the last 240 years.

But wait. Be patient. The election is in November.
