Rock-hound from pre-school age. Proud Democrat for life. Ardent environmentalist and pro-choicer. Hoping to use my skills set for the greater good. Still married to the same guy for 40+ years. That actually makes sense.

And it still has the added backspin of plain ol’ pettiness at the same time. What a small “man”. The only things he’s got going for him is connivance and some family strings available for pulling.

And having seen a recent photo of him somewhere, he’s not aging well, either. With vainglorious folks like him, that’s some of the best revenge.

Although frankly I’d love to see Katie Porter elevated - so she’s not in the doggone scrum every two years. She deserves better than that (as do we!).

But I’ll take her wherever we can get her. She raises the bar for all the rest of ‘em.

I just really like having this be our last "Up YOURS!" to the GOP

as they start their (hopefully) brief leadership of the House of Reps.

And I hope they keep fighting among themselves! Anything we can do to help aggravate that means the less time they have to make mischief.

I hope they squabble for weeks - just on the issue of who gets to be Speaker! And may it go straight downhill from there.

Wonder how often ol’ Kevin is hitting the Maalox bottle these days…

I'd just -um - "make it disappear."

And I’d probably not let them spend too much time with her from here on. At most, just a VERY brief supervised (by you) visit if needed, so there’s no time or opportunity for her to start propagandizing.

Nature will take care of it eventually anyway.
