Another successful flight 👏
#MarsHelicopter completed its 7th flight and second within its operations demo phase. It flew for 62.8 seconds and traveled ~106 meters south to a new landing spot. Ingenuity also took this black-and-white navigation photo during flight.

Shawn Price, a 26-year-old from New Jersey, was arrested today.
“I led the storm!”
"Price was on the lower west terrace helping to push other individuals forward into a line of law enforcement officers while the officers resisted and deployed a chemical irritant in an apparent attempt to disperse the crowd.”

"The invidual is wearing a dark baseball type hat with 'KEEP AMERICA GREAT' in bright orange letters on the hat. The individual was also wearing a dark coat with a Burberry print around the hood of the coat.”
Capitol defendant Christian Kulas was arrested in Chicago today.
Kulas was publicly IDed about a week after the attack.

Dillon Herrington of Alabama, aka #MAGAlumberjack, was actually detained by D.C. police on Jan. 6. He had a knife in his pocket. But they were so overwhelmed that they let him go, and let him keep the knife.

- The vast majority of defendants plead guilty
- Maximum penalties provide context, but rarely reflect actual sentences, and that's already shaping up to be true in the Jan. 6 cases

What do we know:
- 200+ misdemeanor-only cases so far, max sentences between 6 mos-1 yr. Expect defendants who plead guilty and have minimal criminal history to get far less than the max, good chance some will argue for no prison time, unclear how judges will respond to that
- Remaining 250+ face at least one felony, most common is obstructing an official proceeding. Paul Hodgkins' guilty plea establishes a baseline advisory range of 15-21 mos for obstruction and nothing else more serious (he could also argue for a below-guidelines sentence)
