State trooper who let Duggar off with a "stern talk" now serving 60 year sentence for child porn

Joseph T. Hutchens

In 2003, following Josh’s return home, Jim Bob Duggar and several church elders took Josh to Arkansas State Trooper Joseph T. Hutchens. Instead of taking procedural action against Josh, Hutchens gave Josh a “very stern talk” on the matter.

Hutchens would never follow up with the Duggars on the matter.

Hutchens’ name would surface again in 2007, when he was convicted on child pornography charges. Hutchens was paroled in 2010, but almost immediately was arrested again and charged with four counts of distribution, possession, or viewing of sexually explicit material involving a child.

He is currently serving a 60 year sentence and is not eligible for parole until 2020.

Obama Has Priceless Reaction To Little Girl’s White House Meltdown

Everyone has at least one embarrassing moment from childhood that makes them cringe whenever they look back. For little Claudia Moser, this moment is probably it.

Accompanying her parents during an April visit to celebrate Passover at the White House, Claudia decided to throw a full-blown temper tantrum in the Red Room – right in front of President Barack Obama. During the epic meltdown, Claudia threw herself onto the carpet, buried her face in the floor and pounded her frustration into the fabric, leaving President Obama and the First Lady speechless.

A photo capturing the moment was posted to Twitter by Claudia’s Uncle, writer and journalist Benjamin Moser, showing not only Claudia’s crying spell, but President Obama’s amazing reaction to it:

This is a moment that all parents can relate to, and sometimes the only thing you can do is just let the child ride a fit out. Accepting that he couldn’t do anything to pull Claudia out of her cranky mood, Obama raises his hands in defeat while keeping completely composed – a technique he probably picked up from dealing with conservatives on a regular basis. Michelle Obama, also rendered helpless in the situation, looks on sympathetically in the background.

Australian footballer becomes 1st man in history to be sent off for tackling giant BBQ sauce bottle

Australian footballer becomes first man in history to be sent off for tackling a giant BBQ sauce bottle
Brian Griffiths dismissed for horror tackle on living condiment

Playing in a testimonial for the retiring Central Coast Mariners player John Hutchinson, Griffiths committed the violent act while the sauce was clean through on goal.

Chasing the human condiment down in a bid to prevent conceding another goal in the eventual 12-5 victory for Hutch's XI, Stoke born Griffiths lunged from behind, taking his victim out of the game in the process.

Rightfully dismissed for the foul, Griffiths left the pitch unaware that video footage of the incident would be shared around the world and tarnish his career.

Questions over the referee's decision to allow the sauce to take part in the game in the first place have been asked by conspiracy theorists, forgetting that at a testimonial you're allowed to do whatever you want. Except slide tackle a delicious meal accompaniment.

and yes, there is even video:

Dugger Cover-up: Arkansas Police ORDERED To DESTROY Records of Josh Duggar's Alleged Molestation

Arkansas police have destroyed the records of the investigation into Josh Duggar's alleged molestation of five underage girls, a police spokesman announced Friday, a day after the reality TV star resigned his position as head of FRC Action.

Springdale Police spokesman Scott Lewis said Judge Stacey Zimmerman ordered the 2006 offense report destroyed Thursday. Zimmerman didn't return a request for comment on Friday.

"The judge ordered us yesterday to expunge that record," Lewis said, adding that similar records are typically kept indefinitely. "As far as the Springdale Police Department is concerned this report doesn't exist."

Neither Duggar nor his father, a former state representative, returned calls seeking comment Friday.
