That's beautiful.
Courts may dismiss cases on a wide number of bases, but failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted is the equivalent of GET OUT OF MY FACE WITH THIS BULLSHIT!
Its the equivalent of, You havent been hurt, Plaintiff, so go away. Unless you can show that you have been hurt, the Court cant grant you relief. Got it?
Its also, Who filed this damn lawsuit? I am tempted to hold that attorney in contempt for frivolous litigation.

Understand this--for many people with COVID-19 there is no "recovery."
I know two long-termers, both of them infected in March of 2020, and neither of them has recovered in any real sense of the word. Both have obvious and persistent blood clots that are visible in their lower legs and feet. Both have puffy, watery eyes that affect their vision, constantly. Both have weakened heartslike an elephant sitting on your chest if you try to walk 100 yards, briskly. Both struggle to breathe from time to time. Both have persistent pneumonia-like symptoms. They also continue to suffer with massive inflammation of their internal organs.
This is a badass virus, and many, MANY people will NEVER recover from it.

Remember: No Phony Democrats!
No Phony Democrats! Thats how we LOSE.
The record the Democratic Party has made in the last 20 years is the greatest political asset any party ever had in the history of the world. We would be foolish to throw it away. There is nothing our enemies would like better and nothing that would do more to help them win an election.
I've seen it happen time after time. When the Democratic candidate allows himself to be put on the defensive and starts apologizing for the New Deal and the fair Deal, and says he really doesn't believe in them, he is sure to lose. The people don't want a phony Democrat. If it's a choice between a genuine Republican, and a Republican in Democratic clothing, the people will choose the genuine article, every time; that is, they will take a Republican before they will a phony Democrat, and I don't want any phony Democratic candidates in this campaign.
But when a Democratic candidate goes out and explains what the New Deal and fair Deal really are--when he stands up ... and puts the issues before the people--then Democrats can win, even in places where they have never won before. It has been proven time and again.

Ron Klain will be Biden's Chief of Staff.
Choosing Klain reflects Bidens plan to move beyond that chaos-driven presidency, and the internal White House structure probably will revert to form with a single manager in charge surrounded by a series of senior officials who also have direct relationships with the president. Mike Donilon, who helped write Bidens campaign strategy, and Steve Ricchetti, the campaign chairman, are well positioned to land influential positions inside the White House, according to people with knowledge of the internal dynamics who spoke on the condition of anonymity to recount private conversations.
...
Many in Bidens orbit have long seen Klain as the most obvious pick for chief of staff after more than 30 years of background roles. After a falling out with Bidens team when he offered early support to Hillary Clintons 2016 presidential bid, Klain has worked his way back into the upper echelons of Bidens trusted circle.
He consulted with Biden on general strategy even before the former vice president announced his presidential campaign last year, and since August he has served as an unpaid senior adviser to the campaign and led Bidens extensive debate preparation.

Interesting. Sounds like a good move to me.

This says it ALL.
The Dalai Lama said in his congratulatory message to Biden: "Humanity places great hope in the democratic vision of the U.S. as leader of the free world."

The link above covers a number of global responses to the Biden/Harris victory. So far, the totalitarian regimes (Russia, China, Brazil, Turkey, and Iran) have been reticent to congratulate President-Elect Biden, whereas the rest of the world is, more-or-less, ecstatic to know that Democrats will be running the country again soon.

"We're back!" The free world breathes a sigh of relief.
It goes without saying that Donald Trump did enormous damage to Americas global reputation. He spent four years in office coddling dictators and alienating our historic, democratic allies. Joe Biden, who probably has half of the worlds leaders on speed dial, acknowledged this fact and promised to rectify it. Well be back. Well be back, he promised a group of diplomats and foreign policy experts in Munich in 2019.
Well, WERE BACK, and the free world is undoubtedly and understandably relieved.
In his first, 2019 speech as a candidate for President, Biden laid out his vision for restoring Americas traditional alliances and blasted Trump for injuring the nations integrity and reputation:
He has alienated us, Biden said of Trump on Thursday. Bidens alternative largely involved a return to traditional American principles such as the promotion of democracy and cooperation with allies. Instead of focusing exclusively on the United States unilateral interests, he spoke of a return to spreading American values.

The free world is celebrating with us today.
