We all know that Tr**p doesn't want to partake in a Repug Primary Fight Debate because he doesn't want to have to hear the likes of comments or digs from Christie or Pence - or for that matter any of those vying for the nomination.
He's been using the story that because he's the front-runner he doesn't need to debate.
Now I think what he'll pivot to - is the 'I'm a victim strategy'.
He'll say that he's not debating because the Judge & the DOJ slapped a - no talking order on him and that's he's being singled out to be silenced by them.
What do you think?

Call Tr**p's Bluff - Put Him In Jail. BUT......
place him in a nice and plush facility - with all the amenities of home - except no electronic devices at all. No TV's, no phones, no computers, no radios - so he has no possibility of outside contact.
Leave him in this facility all by himself - so he has to do everything by and for himself. Wake up by himself. Provide hygiene by and for himself. Dress by himself. Cook by himself. Eat by himself. Essentially - get on all by himself with no valet's or anyone else to help him.
Provide him with books he can read and solitaire games he can play. By himself (of course).
You can even have his 'gold toilets' in this facility - to make him feel that he's at home.
Make this facility as comfortable as possible for him - and show his MAGA followers that he's provided a nice place to jail in - probably nicer than anything most of them live in themselves. You do this to show that he's being treated humanely with all the comforts of home and not being mistreated.
The kicker is though - he has no contact with the outside world. He's by himself. (The Secret Service that are supposed to protect him) do so by viewing 'closed circuit TV camera's' that are placed around the facility and track his every move within the facility.
The fact that he has no contact with the outside world or its people is the only thing that he is deprived of. Otherwise - he's being ignored by the outside world and has no opportunity to spread his lies or incite his followers.
Tr**p craves attention. But in such a facility - he's not getting any attention nor would he know what his followers are even thinking or doing for him - if anything. He would have to let his imagination run wild.
Being ignored and having to fend for himself - would push him over the edge.
I've said from the beginning of our living nightmare of Tr**p - it's like we're living in a Ian Fleming Bond Novel and Tr**p is the evil villain.
With him out of sight and out of mind. With his followers knowing that he is living in a comfortable facility - with all the comforts of home. He's got food, water and staples to take care of himself. They should be comforted that at least he's not being mistreated.
His lack of contact with the outside world and people is the only thing that he is being deprived of. And this is rightly so - because he can't resist lying and spinning his lies in order to shine attention on himself.
This is a way one could call his bluff and put him in jail and stop his mouth from running over his tongue.
I Wonder If One Could Buy The Tr**p Kids Off To Get Together And.....

our Democracy - that Congress legislates laws to forever prevent another person like Tr**p ever to achieve the presidency.
I do hope that someone is keeping tabs of all the unprecedented crap that Tr**p got away with and is still getting away with because he took advantage of his office and loopholes.

Will the jury be sequestered during the trial?
If they are not sequestered - I would think any statements made by Tr**p or any of his Fox News talking heads or Repug minions - can potentially influence a juror.
How will this be handled?
Just Saw Tr**p's Plane Land In NJ And The Convoy That He Travels In.....
I noticed that in that convoy - flashing lights on the big black limos and also an ambulance that was part of that convoy. I'm assuming that they are taking him back to Bedminster.
The question I have is - do all former presidents get the same treatment when they travel? Obama, Bush, Clinton - do they have a full convoy transporting them around anywhere they go?
Is there an ambulance accompanying them in the convoy?
Why is Tr**p getting such treatment? Is it simply because he is a former president? Are we U.S. Citizens paying for this? Or is Tr**p paying for such a convoy and this treatment in order to present the image that he is as important as a president?
Does Not Tampering With A Juror Include.....
Tr**p not being able to bring anything up about this case and trial at any of his campaign appearances?
In my opinion - Tr**p making any kind of statements about this case and trial at any of his campaign appearances - in a way - could directly influence prospective jurors that may be interviewed in the jury selection process.
Also - will this jury be sequestered during the trial? Again if they are not sequestered - any statements made by Tr**p or any of his Fox News talking heads or people - can potentially influence a juror.
We all know Tr**p will just lie his ass off about this. He will also just challenge the Magistrates/Judge orders he was given at this arraignment.

Tr**p Is Just Relishing In The Spotlight Of This Indictment.....
intending on raising more money (grifting) off of it.
I heard this a.m. that after the arraingment he intends to make a statement and in a statement made by him - I just read elsewhere here on DU - he is still saying that he's being targeted because he's the front runner and the Dems/Biden don't want to run against him in 2024.
He's seemingly flaunting this whole ordeal and making a mockery of it.
With that said - I have to wonder what's being concocted in his current strategy meetings and who is advising him now that the likes of Rudy, Eastman, Powell, Clark, Cheesebro, etc are implicated in this treasonous scheme.
Yes - he must have a new round of advisors that are still encouraging him to keep up this facade of a election that was stolen from him. There is a new group that is participating in his continuation of this crime.
Who are they? Why - after all the walls are tumbling down around him - do people want to even associate with him - let alone advise him.
Wouldn't you like to be a fly on the wall - listening in?
Who behind the scenes is running the show? Is Tr**p this devious all by himself? Or is he being used by some group - to actually end our Democracy as we know it?
