Laura PourMeADrink's JournalMcEnany had first press briefing, guess no more COVID medical briefings?
Yes, COVID-19 task force still meeting, no, she couldn't say how often.
Now we are back to crazy partisan press bashing when asked about Flynn. She abruptly ended it when a reporter finally shut down her tirade about what a travesty of Justice Flynn got when she couldn't answer "BUT WHY DID HE PLEAD GUILTY?"
WH making a serious error in judgement here. Over 90,000 people submitted COVID questions for CNN town hall last night.
TX tested 330k of which 28k positive. So that's 300k who thought they had it?
Have noticed this in other stats for other places too - very high rate of negatives. Thought common wisdom was that the people getting tested had symptoms. In fact, haven't many been turned away if they didn't? Unless these stats on #tested include health care workers, public servants, etc who are tested often to insure they are all safe ?
So this morning NJ Dem Gov agrees with trump
that everything was GREAT that trump did for them and everyone who needed a ventilator got one.
Tonight, NJ announces that every person in Jersey City ( btw where lots of people who work in Manhattan (US business engine) live) will get a test. And NJ parks reopening.
Coincidence?
New campaign issue for Joe to use
"Do you honestly want to risk your life or your family's life on allowing this person who doled out PPE, ventilators, and stimulus funds like they were his personal property? Who favored one state over another? To be in charge of doling out vaccines?"
Unemployment question. Say you worked at a GA bowling
alley or a TX barber shop.
Your Dipshit GOP governor who is in cahoots with trump, pence, jared...says the business you worked for can open up.
Is it too soon to tell or have these states decided on stopping or continuing unemployment benefits if:
1) the barbershop/theater you were working for chose not to reopen yet.
2) the barbershop/theater you were working for opens but you are afraid to go to work?
Time: Joke around MD GOP Governor's Office, " I'm gonna call Pence"

Larry Hogan has got another of his ideas, and this one cracks him up. Im gonna call Pence! says Hogan, startling his chief of staff, Matt Clark, who sits across a large, round faux-wood table. Hogan, the Republican governor of Maryland, is meeting with his coronavirus command team, a skeleton crew of state officials still reporting to the capitol in Annapolis. The conference rooms are all too narrow, so they are gathered in a cavernous event room, seated in alternate chairs to maintain social distancing. Hogan, a ruddy 63-year-old with jug-handle ears, has in front of him a dispenser of hand sanitizer, a can of Diet Coke and a starfish-shaped conference-call speaker.
The President, Hogan reminds the group, recently chided him for going around Vice President Mike Pences coronavirus task force to procure supplies. Remember, Trump said, Hes wasting his time. He shouldve just called Mike!' He laughs a wheezy laugh. So Im gonna joke with him and say, Hey, Mike, wheres my tests? The President said I should just call you! But then seriously say, You both said we can use federal labs. When can we start?'
Right. Got it, Clark says.
