Anyone ever heard of or made tomato water?

Like the water ( not sauce) that accumulates in a bowl when you cut up fresh tomatoes and salt them? To me this juice is like a gift from the gods

A chef from Naples that has a restaurant near us makes a simple dressing which includes tomato water, and I am guessing vinegar and olive oil. I should call him to see if he'll tell me what else is in it.

Which came first the fireplace or the washer and dryer?

Oddest thing I've ever seen. Looking for a house in Connecticut

Bone chilling tweets from LaPlace. People

in attics with water rising. Elderly and adults and children - listing their addresses begging for help, for boats.

Hope like crazy water recedes asap.

Don't believe the bullshit that people who are vaccinated aren't getting really sick

Because they are. And if you are unlucky, you are sick in a a highly infected state and there are no beds. Be sick enough to be on a ventilator and you get a bed, for now.

In my county, 8% percent of the hospitalizations are vaccinated people. But 100% are still human beings who are getting sick alone andvare scared and may be dying.. I don't wish that in anybody.

Honest question. Did those US people in Afghanistan not realize that they needed to get out earlier?

Were people even able to get out of Afghanistan earlier? Did State ever advise to get out earlier?

Which brand makes you think quality over the others?

Having to buy a TV for a charity event prize. And can't
afford a Sony Jeez, TVs have gone up significantly
since last year when we bought one. They are $200+
more than we paid - even with Labor Day Sale prices!

No covid beds in Central TX, McLennan/ Coryell counties unless

you need to be on a ventilator.

I posted about this before my mother-in-law and father-in-law both have covid. Both were vaccinated.

So it sounds like they're just treating them on a ER basis and then sending them home. My MIL has pneumonia now. Gave her some meds and inhaler and sent her home. Unless she has to be put on a ventilator there are no rooms.

Oh and doc wanted to give her remdesivir but couldn't since only could prescribe in-patient

Don't think the powers that be warned vaccinated to

stay away from unvaccinated enough. Ya, we knew... but don't think it reached critical mass.

My vaccinated inlaws in their 80s both got it. And they just sent my FIL to hospital with low blood ox and chest tightening.
