My prediction regarding DACA
Congress will kick the can further down the road by attaching a rider to the debt ceiling package that makes DACA law for the next year giving Orange Julius an excuse to sign and someone to blame.

Burning Man attendee dies after running into....Burning Man
(CNN)A man has died after running into the towering blaze for which Burning Man is named, according to the Pershing County Sheriff's Office in Nevada.
Aaron Joel Mitchell, 41, was one of thousands at the annual gathering in Nevada's Black Rock Desert, about 120 miles north of Reno. The weeklong event of pop-up installations culminates in massive burns of an effigy known as the "Man" on Saturday and the "Temple" on Sunday.
Mitchell was a US citizen who lived in Switzerland with his wife, Pershing County Sheriff Jerry Allen said in a Sunday night statement.
Mitchell broke through two levels of security guards protecting the area where the "Man" was burning on Saturday night. Fire personnel attempted to pull him out but falling portions of the burning structure hindered their efforts. Rescuers had to wait until the structure fell before they could go back into the flames and safely extract him from the debris, the sheriff said.
He was airlifted to the nearest burn center, at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. He was pronounced dead at the hospital on Sunday morning, and his family has been notified, the sheriff's office said.
According to medical staff, Mitchell was not under the influence of alcohol and a toxicology screening is pending, the sheriff's office said. An investigation continues but the mass exodus of participants Sunday night made it increasingly difficult to gather information, Allen said.

EPA blasts Associated Press journalist over report about Houston superfund sites
The Environmental Protection Agency on Sunday released a lengthy statement condemning a recent Associated Press report that said the regulator was nowhere to be found at dangerous, potentially toxic sites submerged by flooding in Houston.
On Saturday, the AP reported that the EPA was not present at at least five flooded so-called Superfund sites, or locations that the EPA designated as "being among America's most intensely contaminated places." Following flooding in Houston last week, many observers worried that chemicals could've further contaminated the flood water near the Superfund sites.
In a fiery and personal statement on Sunday, the EPA dubbed the story "incredibly misleading," saying it "creates panic and politicizes the hard work of first responders who are actually in the affected area."
"Through aerial imaging, EPA has already conducted initial assessments at 41 Superfund sites 28 of those sites show no damage, and 13 have experienced flooding," the statement said. "This was left out of the original story, along with the fact that EPA and state agencies worked with responsible parties to secure Superfund sites before the hurricane hit.

North Korea preparing to launch missile, South Korea believes after holding live-fire drill
North Korea is readying the launch of a ballistic missile, military leaders in South Korea believe after launching rockets in a live-fire drill.
Sunday's nuclear test by Kim Jong Un's regime had an estimated strength of 50 kilotons, defence ministry officials told a parliamentary briefing on Monday.
That would make it five times the size of the North's previous test in September last year - and more than three times bigger than the US device that destroyed Hiroshima in 1945.
South Korea responded to the nuclear test - which the North claimed was of a hydrogen bomb - with live-fire drills off its eastern coast on Monday that were meant to simulate an attack on the North's main nuclear test site.
