So we literally have thought police in the United States right now, according to Tucker Carlson, right? If you're sitting here right now and you're thinking something that President Biden doesn't like, I'm sorry, but the thought police are about to show up at your door and take you away. That's not just a right wing talking point on a cable channel. you can read the court findings in January, six cases over the past year and a half, and in virtually every instance, federal prosecutors argue in public that the political views of the defendants not anything they actually did, not crimes they committed, but instead their personal beliefs, what they think those beliefs are, reason enough to put them behind bars. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is a complete and total effing lie. It is a lie that me off more than the, Oh, they're putting people away for thought crimes. But in his retweet, which on truth social is called a RET truth. But let's be honest, it's a knockoff of Twitter. So we're gonna call it a retweet. It is retweet. Donald Trump demanded that the FBI apologized to him for all of the horrible things they've done to him. Here's what Trump said. The FBI must apologize for all of its illegal and sinister actions, and it continues with the Mar-a-lago raid and box hoax. Okay, I didn't realize that we were now just calling it the box hoax, but, uh, it, it is nice to see that. Okay, now it has a name. It's the box hoax. Um, the FBI was not acting illegally when they went down to Mar-a-lago.
They didn't act sinisterly when they went down to Mar-a-lago. It was not a raid, it was an execution of a search warrant. But Trump has to use these strong, loaded phrases in order to get his base all riled up to make him the big, bad alpha male appear to be the poor little victim. But that's not that, that's not the, the real crazy part here, the real crazy part of course, is that it was a retweet of somebody saying that Obama should be thrown in jail over the Russia investigation, which is incredibly stupid, considering the fact that the Durham investigation into the origins of the Russia investigation came up 100% completely empty. That guy for almost three straight years, looked at every possible piece of evidence he could find, and he couldn't find a single thing that would get a single person charged with a crime.
